This card is manufactured by Emulex and the major operating systems are supported -- WinNT/Win2k/WinXP/Linux/Solaris. There even appears to be support for Windows Vista for this card. It is 64-bit, backward compatible with normal 32-bit slots.

Included is an optic GBIC, as shown in the picture. These cards will work with the T-Cards found in this store, but only after either purchasing a MIA (Media Interface Adapter) or a GBIC-based hub and the appropriate GBICs and cables.
The card you will receive is used but upgraded to the latest firmware tested and guaranteed to work.
